COVID-19 Transmission Location Predictor
Crafted a comprehensive web application using ReactJS, FastAPI and Python, containerized with Docker to create a proof-of-concept platform enabling users to input SARS-CoV-2 gene sequences and predict the most probable transmission location. Conducted extensive experimentation with diverse machine learning models, optimizing performance for the use case and achieving a Top 1 prediction accuracy exceeding 94%.
